Longhorn 100 Application Form


We strongly recommend that you review the criteria, detailed revenue requirements, and FAQ on Longhorn100.com before you begin.

All Longhorn businesses must meet the following criteria and revenue requirements to apply.
  • All applicants must be a graduate of UT and be a founder, owner, CEO, or C-suite level employee.
  • The company must have been in continuous business for five years or more as of December 31, 2023.
  • The company must meet the minimum requirement of $250,000 or more annually for each year measured.
  • Years measured: January 1, 2021, through December 31, 2023.
  • Revenue is defined as the total amount of income generated by the sale of goods and services related to the primary operations of the company during the years measured.
  • Businesses should provide revenue figures utilizing a consistent method of accounting for all three fiscal years (accrual or cash basis).
  • The application and revenue verification forms must be successfully submitted by 11:59 p.m. CT on Nov 24, 2024.

There are three steps to apply.

1. Complete this form. Be prepared to upload your logo.

2. Complete the Longhorn 100 Revenue Verification PDF Form after you complete the application (link will be provided).  

3. Email the completed and signed Revenue Verification Form to longhorn100@whitleypenn.com.



Company and Alumni records will be updated with the information provided below. Please check for accuracy before submitting the application.
